CIMS Intro and training – Afternoon Session

We will be offering multiple webinars to help you utilize CIMS. (“Caselle Incident Management System”). Once you complete this webinar, you will be able to view videos of various training, read articles within the private library of Dallas Data Systems and Caselle, as well as follow the progress of support calls you place via the web, email, or by phone.

NOTE: This is a management level class as setup, security, and reporting may be discussed.
